Las Vegas Elementary School Teacher Nearly Kills 15-Year Old Pedestrian in DUI Accident

15-year old Conan Obenchain woke up early on Sunday morning and decided to head to Wal-Mart. Too young to drive, he sat at the bus stop on Spring Mountain Rd sipping a Coca Cola. Noel Lardeo, a first-grade teacher with the Roger Bryan Elem. School, was driving her 2005 Acura when witnesses say she ran a red light, lost control of her vehicle, smashed into the bus stop where Oberchain was waiting and the hit a palm tree. Mr. Oberchain was thrown six feet by the impact of the accident, his left leg was amputated and his right was attached to his leg only by shreds of skin and muscle. If you or a loved one has suffered a catastrophic injury from a Las Vegas pedestrian accident, please contact NV-Attorney.com today.

Medical bills from the accident as estimated by the Obenchain family have reached over $1,000,000. While the family has set up an account with NV National bank for those who would like to donate to help the family defray the costs, it’s still important for them to retain counsel as Ms. Lardeo and her insurance provider should reimburse Conan Obenchain and his family for medical costs, pain and suffering and even lost work. While one leg has been amputeated, Mr. Oberchain’s physicians are endeavoring to save the other.
